We welcome every brokerage website to list with us, but we do have specific guidelines for approval. Unlike most platforms, we send visitors back to your original listing page, which helps potential buyers act faster and view more of your listings. This can turn them into future clients. To qualify, your listings must have a separate URL and must not be connected to a third-party marketplace. For more guidelines, click here.
If you've sold or canceled a listing and want it removed from our platform, first log in to your account. In your dashboard, go to 'Manage Listings' and paste the listing URL in the search bar. When the listing appears, click 'Delete.'
We focus a lot on tags and put a lot of effort into them. Each listing can appear in 7-8 different search queries. When a user searches for a specific listing, we aim to provide relevant results.
For example, an Amazon route business with seller financing can have the following tags:

Whether you added a URL manually or we included it through our curated listings, you can request an update to your listing at no charge. To do this, you need an account. Once logged in, go to 'Manage Listings' and click the 'Refresh Listing' button. Your updates will be prioritized, and it's free to submit them!
Submissions are usually published within 24 hours.
Your website might be denied for several reasons, including not meeting our guidelines. If you believe your website meets all the guidelines but was still declined, please email us at admin@bizail.com with your website and brokerage name for further review.
Yes, creating an account offers many benefits. While we update curated listings every 30 days, having an account allows you to manage your own listings and make updates as needed. You can also remove sold listings and submit new listings daily to keep your listings up to date.
If your listings are already published with us, we will transfer them into your 'Manage Listings' section once you create an account. There is no charge for the listings we have already published. You can request updates or removal of these listings at no cost. You will only pay for new listings going forward.
To update or remove listings published before you created your account:
1. Sign in to your account.
2. Go to 'Manage Listings.'
3. Paste the URL of the listing you want to update or remove.
4. Select the desired option to either update or remove the listing.
If your listings aren't curated on Bizail, it could be due to one of the following reasons:
- Listings pages don't have separate URLs.
- Listings are being sent to third-party marketplaces.
- We haven’t found your website yet.
- The businesses for sale are not located in the USA.

We typically don't remove websites, as we aim to offer users a wide variety of listings. However, to ensure the best experience for our users, listings not updated by a brokerage can lead to account cancellation. We provide brokerages with a simple process to manage listings, which takes just minutes. If a brokerage fails to manage their listings, we will send a one-time warning email after receiving 2-3 user reports about outdated listings.
